Your co-pay is due at the time of service.  For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  Our office bills your insurance company on your behalf.  We extend this courtesy to you absolutely free.  The amount unpaid by the insurance company is your responsibility.  If, after a reasonable time, we have not heard from your insurance company, you will receive the bill which is due and payable by you.
