Appointment No Show and Cancelation Policy We would like to take this opportunity to explain our Appointment No Show and Cancelation Policies to you. When patients do not show for appointments, or cancel an appointment on short notice, many things happen. First, your treatment is delayed, which in some cases can further complicate your condition. Second, another patient waiting for care cannot be seen because we didn't have sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements to see them. Also, the doctor will have to wait until their next scheduled patient arrives for them to resume their work. We do understand that occasionally, situations may arise which require you to reschedule your appointment with us. However, due to the reasons listed above, there may be a charge for appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours workday notice.
